Flowers for Special Days

We create custom bouquets from fresh-cut flowers grown here at the Farm and harvested for your event. The Quonquont style is relaxed and meadow-inspired, with combinations devised from the flowers that are looking their best at the moment. With your vision as a guide, we create designs to complement your style and color scheme while celebrating the look, feel, and fragrance of the season. Our commitment to seasonal, Quonquont-raised flowers means that we cannot guarantee specific flowers or colors. We can guarantee that they will be beautiful.

Throughout the growing season we collect and naturally dry flowers from Quonquont’s gardens, fields, and woods, then use these to design gorgeous “everlasting” bouquets, boutonnieres, table arrangements, place settings, and confetti. Beautiful in any season, they are a great option for late-season weddings.

We list the starting prices below to help you with budget planning. Variables such as your choice of vases and the style and size of arrangements will determine the final price.

In order to devote our full attention to each client, we accept a limited number of events for floral design each year.

A $500 non-refundable booking fee and signed contract will reserve your date. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your event.

How does it work??

  • Decide if QQ Flowers are right for you. Look around the website to get a sense of our style.
  • Get in touch with us to find out if we are available for your date. Email [email protected] and tell us your names, date of your wedding, and your desired budget for flowers. Inspiration photos are always welcome.
  • If we’re available for your date, we’ll send you an information-gathering questionnaire to begin to collect more details.
  • we’ll schedule a phone consultation to talk through your ideas.  Within a week, we will send a preliminary estimate (valid for 2 weeks) for the projected cost of the items we discuss in the phone call.
  • Book your date by sending us:
    • a non-refundable booking fee of $500–to be applied to your final total
    • a signed contract for floral design

The plan is not finalized until 4-5 weeks before your wedding when we will check in with you. Anything can be changed up until the final check in. Once we have your final ok, we will bill you for the amount due (minus your $500 booking fee.)

2025 Floral Design Prices

We require a minimum spend of $3,000 to book our floral design service.

Wedding Party Flowers (tied with white or neutral ribbon)

  • hand-held bouquets ~~small $80 and up, medium $100
    and up, large $150 and up
  • boutonnieres~~$25 and up
  • pin corsage~~$35 and up
  • wrist corsage~~$50 and up
  • floral crown~~$65 and up
  • floral dog collar~~$45 and up

Ceremony Flowers

  • large arrangement for altar, wine barrels, or stand~~
    $150 and up
  • floral decoration of arbor/chuppah~~$360 and up
  • seasonal meadow flowers in sap buckets~~$325 each
  • dried flower confetti~~$40 per half pound
  • potted plant rentals~~$45 and up

Reception Flowers

  • table flowers
    • centerpieces~~$75 and up
    • tabletop greenery~~$40 and up
  • other tables (cake/buffet/gift/bar/guest book/cocktail)~~$75 and up
  • greenery for chandeliers~~$200 per chandelier
  • cake flowers~~$35 and up
  • lighted tree trunks~~$50 each

For off-Farm events only:

  • Set up and break down~~$75.00 per hour
  • Delivery (includes load and unload)~~$40 plus 67 cents per mile (round trip)
