Tim Baldwin Vegetable Program Curator

Tim Baldwin joined the Quonquont farm crew to lead our effort to grow vegetables and herbs. A first-generation farmer, Tim started growing on a commercial scale in 2018. Since that time, he found that raising unique, heirloom, and flavor-forward vegetable and herb varieties is particularly satisfying…and extremely tasty.

Leslie Harris Farm Manager

Leslie Harris is an unlikely fruit farmer, with her degree in literature and her more than 25-year career as a leader in the animal welfare field. But she loves growing food, helping people, driving tractors, and working outdoors (preferably accompanied by a dog). Leslie became the farm manager in October 2015 and firmly believes that there is no more beautiful place on earth than Quonquont Farm on any day of the year.

Nicole Hayduk Horticulture Manager

Nicole Hayduk joined the Quonquont team during the 2022 season to assist in the cut flower plot and ornamental gardens. As an outdoor enthusiast and landscaper, she found a passion for agriculture and graduated with a degree in Sustainable Food and Farming program from UMass Amherst. The chief architect of our luscious farmstand bouquets, Nicole is excited to continue learning about sustainable flower production and design.

Sara Hobbs Event Coordinator

Sara is a West coast transplant who fell in love with the rich landscape of the Pioneer Valley. She brings more than 10 years of hospitality experience to the team, and enjoys bringing together the little details that make each event unique. In her personal life, Sara is a passionate equestrian, baker, foodie, and loves being outdoors and in the garden with her kids.

Zak Graves Bar Supervisor

Zak grew up in Orange, Massachusetts and began working in the hospitality industry in 2016. Spending most of that time managing restaurants, but his passion has always been behind the bar. He loves how a good drink can bring people together and help celebrate many different occasions. Zak has a true love of making his guests happy and leaving them with an unforgettable experience.

Addy Noonan-Phillips Event Coordinator

Addy grew up in Westhampton, Massachusetts. Having worked in various parts of the hospitality industry since 2015, including event venues, catering, and restaurants, she brings a well-rounded perspective to the team. Her favorite part of a wedding is seeing couples express themselves through decor and special details woven throughout their wedding day. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, live music, birding with her partner, and spending time with her three cats—Sloan, Deluca, and Callie.

Jenelle Wilkins Director of Operations

Jenelle is originally from Whately and studied at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She began working in the hospitality industry in 2008 and became Quonquont Farm’s event manager in 2011. In the past several years, Jenelle has seen Quonquont grow into a sought-after wedding destination. She is passionate about making people feel welcome and relaxed while attending and hosting events.

Alexxis Wright Event Manager

Alexxis grew up locally and stayed in the area for college when she went to UMass Amherst to study Hospitality & Tourism Management. Eager to kick off her hospitality career, she was a committee member planning the HTM Career Day on campus, interned with UMass Football & spent a summer in Westchester County interning for a Country & Beach Club. She joined the Quonquont team with experience working in weddings, private events and alumni/donor relations. Her favorite part of hospitality is the unique relationship made with each and every client - so making the shift to focus primarily on weddings at Quonquont was an easy one. In her personal life, she enjoys hosting, holiday baking, home DIY projects and running around with her German Shorthaired Pointer, Tilly.
