Celebrate the classic northeast native fruit and high summer at Quonquont Farm at our Second Annual Blueberry Fest!  Fun and games for all ages.  Join pollinator expert Fred Morrison and learn about the fascinating relationship between bumblebees and blueberries.  Enter your favorite blueberry delicacy in our Second Annual Blueberry Bake Off.  Or taste the entries produced by professional and amateur bakers--we've added a junior category this year!--and cast your vote for the winner. (Bake-off proceeds to benefit the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts.) We’ll gather for drinks and light refreshments, learn about crafting beautiful bouquets, and tour the cutting garden at the height of bloom. Each participant will pick a bucket of flowers and create an arrangement to take home. Come and explore your artistic side while enjoying a summer evening at the Farm. Workshops happen rain or shine. Put on your garden party best and enjoy Afternoon Tea in Quonquont's Cut Flower Garden with your favorite youngster. Pick your own flowers and make a bouquet to take home. Enjoy tea sandwiches, scones, and pastries from Bittersweet Cafe with your tea and lemonade. This event is designed for adults and children ages 5 and up. Registration includes flowers, vase, food, and beverages.
