Sample Bar Menu

Red Wine

Annabella Cabernet Sauvignon

Bursting with characteristic creme cases, boysenberry, and milk chocolate on the nose, in the mouth the wine blooms with black plum, cranberry, cocoa powder, and a hint of mission fig. The tannins are broad and provide ample framing for the wine’s large aromatic volume. Cardamom and cinnamon linger throughout the finish.

Fredderic Esmonin Bourgogne Les Genevrieres Rouge Pinot Noir form Burgundy France

Les Genevrieres glows light red in the glass, yielding aromas of tart cherry, ripe strawberry, and hints of brown spices. On the palate, soft cherry fruit eases into fleshed-out raspberry elements. The finish is bright and elongated, tying together a very charming, easy-to-drink Burgundy.

Cantina Settecani Lambrusco

This Italian sparkling red offers the perfect fix on a hot summer day. Served chilled and lightly sparking this wine is clean with distinctive hints of violet and raspberry and a frothy fragrance. Brilliantly garnet red in the glass, pleasantly sweet and harmonious on the palate.

’20 Heritage Blaufrankisch, Black Birch Vineyard’s. Hatfield, MA

If the winter holidays could be wrapped up in a glass of wine, this would be it. The pale ruby red shimmers and sparkles. Aromas of red currant, bilberry, and hawthorne draw you into a luxurious and elegant feast of raspberry, lingonberry, allspice, and soft cedar.  This simple and elegant gift is neatly packaged with light tannins and bright acidity, just waiting to be unwrapped with bated breath.

White Wine

Little Sheep Sauvignon Blanc

A great example of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. With notes of tropical fruits, green apple and grapefruit An elegant and assertive wine with glorious fruit flavors and a bright acidity.  It’s brilliant clarity, extraordinary aromatic flavors and refreshing zest.

Santa Marina Pinot Grigio

Pale yellow in color, and contains aromas of citrus, nectarines, and peaches, with earthy notes. A Light-bodied palate with a medium amount of acidity, and a short finish

Screen Door Cellars Chardonnay

Bright, vibrant, yellow color in the glass and distinct aromas of lemon curd, apricot, creme brûlée, wet stone, lime zest and flint on the nose. Split aged in concrete eggs and neutral French oak results in a mouthfeel and flavor both rich and full, with a smooth entry and bright citrus acidity that sticks with you.

MiMi en Provence Rose

A “grande brut Rose.” A blend of Granache, Cinsault and Syrah and offers lovely aromas of red berries and white peach.
